How to measure your calf
- Sit with your feet flat on the floor.
- Wrap a soft tape measure around the widest part of your calf.
- Note the measurement in inches or centimeters.
- Match your number to the size chart above.
Between sizes?
Pregnancy can shift sizing — we recommend going up to the larger size for the most comfortable fit.
Feeling too tight?
Try sizing up. Compression should feel gentle and supportive, never restrictive.
Sizing changes during pregnancy?
Calf measurements may change throughout pregnancy. Our sizes have a comfortable range to accommodate this.
